Hi, I am Alexis (MSN-FNP-C), the founder of VAULT Wellness. My career began in the high-stakes environment of one of the U.S.’s largest pediatric emergency departments, where I served as a trauma nurse.

Over the years, I performed thousands of IV insertions, refining a level of precision and care that comes from experience and dedication.

My work later led me into preventative medicine, where I saw firsthand how widespread chronic fatigue, nutritional depletion, and declining health have become.

This revealed a passion for helping people maintain energy, resilience, and vitality through proactive, targeted wellness strategies.

  • Yes. VAULT  Wellness offers customizable packages for ongoing wellness, as well as group rates for corporate and event clients.

    • We provide mobile IV therapy throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. If you’re outside our regular service area, please contact us — we may be able to accommodate you.

  • Travel is included within our standard service area. Locations outside of that zone may require an additional fee, which will be confirmed during booking.

  • No — VAULT  Wellness is a mobile IV service. All treatments are provided at your home, workplace, or event venue.

  • Absolutely. We regularly staff weddings, conferences, retreats, and corporate wellness days. Whether it’s two people at home or 200 guests at an event, we’ll create a customized setup.

  • Yes — same-day IV hydration is available depending on membership priority scheduling and your location.

  • All IV drips are administered by licensed and experienced medical professionals trained in IV therapy.

  • Minor side effects may include slight discomfort, bruising, or swelling at the injection site. Allergic reactions are rare but possible. Our licensed clinicians adhere to strict safety protocols to help minimize risks and support a comfortable experience.

  • Yes.  We always conduct a health assessment prior to treatment and some contraindications may include:

    • Kidney or liver disease

    • Congestive heart failure

    • Certain heart arrhythmias

    • Clotting or bleeding disorders

  • VAULT Wellness primarily treats adults 18+. For younger clients, please get in touch with us directly to discuss individual needs and physician clearance.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payments. We do not accept or carry cash.
